2. Digital purchases

When you purchase an ebook or course, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing is prohibited.

3. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on ebook purchases. Contact trang@apexpsy.org within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. Free courses are non-refundable (no charge was made).

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Sales tax

Sales tax may apply based on your state of residence. Current prices do not include tax unless stated otherwise. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
